This little bundle of joy sure knew what his priorities were. I wonder if the parents kicked down for all of this stuff? Why the jump from number 1 to number 9? Does it have something to do with the kabbalah? We’ll never know……

So, i’m still ironing out the whole process of owning a scanner. This is a crappy image but i hope that it’s legible because it’s worth reading. And here i thought that my secrecy and paranoia was just the result of “scorpio rising/ scorpio moon”  but it turns out that I’m just following the rules! Yay!

Again, the collection of library cards of various types and styles is out of freaking control. I guess that’s what you get. Or, uh, what i get. This is a nice example of a card that has been filled in by the students themselves. For pathos, though, nothing beats a library card filled in with the same librarians handwriting year after year. The perfect combination of “Ouch” and “Yum” come together to create a transporting experience for all comers. I wish that i could be in charge of the nation wide party held to honor elementary school librarians. Which nation wide party, you ask? Good question!

i’ve been accumulating these flexible records that come inside (( mostly )) childrens books for years now. Anyone wanting to bring a record player to the studio is most welcome. Sure to be an evening to forget.
